1. Exhibition Space: Each participant will have a completely furnished booth or desk depending on selected alternative. Trade Table Booths are 6.5 ft x 6.5 ft and include two corporate identity panes, one front desk or one round table, and three chairs. Working Stations are 3.3 ft wide and include a front desk, 1 stool and company identification. Electricity, Cleaning and Maintenance are also included.

2. Exhibitor Delegate’s Registration: 2 registrations per Trade Table Booth, and 1 registration per Working Station. Additional registrations available at €85 each.

3. Brochure Distribution Service: The € 400 includes Unlimited Brochure handout on Aisles and at Information Desks by Professional Bi-Lingual Hostesses.

4. Logistics Management for Collateral Materials: Organizers will coordinate shipping, reception and distribution of Collateral Material for all Exhibitors.

5. Additional Personnel’s Hiring Logistics: Conex will facilitate the local hiring of hostesses and translators according to each exhibitor’s specific needs.

6. Free Access to Hard Rock Café Bar & Restaurant: As every year, the Hard Rock Café will provide an exclusive space where exhibitors from the Pavilion and their guests can enjoy a completely free service.

7. Access to US Commercial Service’s Facilities: Pavilion Exhibitors will have exclusive access to the on site US Commercial Service Office to facilitate its business activities and for individual meetings.

8. International Trade Specialists’ Support: Yet another exclusive privilege for Pavilion Exhibitors is the access to US Commercial Service’s International Trade Specialists for assistance and counseling.

9. Exclusive Events: Every participant at the See America Pavilion will be invited to an exclusive Cocktail at the U.S. Ambassador’s Residence in Madrid on the night of the fair’s inauguration. Other events are subject to programming.

10. Exhibitor Catalog: Each participant will be featured in the FITUR 2007 exhibition catalog, to be distributed in advance and during the show.
